2 (6 oz.) halibut fillets
2 tsp olive oil
½ Tbsp honey
1 ½ Tbsp fresh orange juice
¼ tsp dried dill weed
Pinch of white pepper
Sea salt and pepper to tase
1 tsp orange zest
Combine the orange juice, olive oil, honey, dill, white pepper, salt, pepper and zest in a bowl.
Place fish in a baking dish and pour the orange juice mixture on top. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Remove the fish from the baking dish and save the marinade for later use.
Set oven to broil setting.
Place fish on a broiling pan and broil for 5-10 minutes flipping the fish and brushing with the reserved marinade halfway through. When fish is ready, cooked throughout and easily flakes, discard the unused marinade.
