Ingredients

  • ½ cup cooked quinoa

  • ¼ cup pears, sliced

  • ¼ cup apples, sliced

  • 2 Tbsp chia Seeds

  • 3 Tbsp pumpkin seeds

  • ¼ cup unsweetened, lite, coconut milk (canned)

  • 1 tsp butter

  • ½ tsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp cinnamon


Directions

  1. In a small pot mix quinoa, butter, cinnamon and coconut milk and cook on low heat until warm, not boiling.

  2. Pour warmed quinoa into a bowl and top with fruit, seeds and maple syrup.
