½ cup cooked quinoa
¼ cup pears, sliced
¼ cup apples, sliced
2 Tbsp chia Seeds
3 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
¼ cup unsweetened, lite, coconut milk (canned)
1 tsp butter
½ tsp maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
In a small pot mix quinoa, butter, cinnamon and coconut milk and cook on low heat until warm, not boiling.
Pour warmed quinoa into a bowl and top with fruit, seeds and maple syrup.
