1/4 cup cucumber, peeled, finely chopped and squeezed of all liquid
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped
Sea salt & pepper, to taste
Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to marry. You can also make this the night before.
Refrigerate in an air-tight container or jar for up to a week.
