Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cucumber, peeled, finely chopped and squeezed of all liquid

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 clove garlic, chopped

  • 2 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped

  • Sea salt & pepper, to taste


Directions

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl.

  2. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to marry. You can also make this the night before.

  3. Refrigerate in an air-tight container or jar for up to a week.
