Ingredients

  • 4 cups cauliflower

  • 2 tsp olive oil

  • ¼ cup onion, chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp turmeric

  • Zest from 1 lemon

  • Sea salt to taste


Directions

  1. Pulse cauliflower in a food processor until finely chopped and has a rice texture. Set aside.

  2. In a large frying pan heat the oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic and cook until soft and it starts to brown, about 5-8 minutes.

  3. Stir in the turmeric, salt and zest.

  4. Then add cauliflower rice and cook for another 8-10 minutes.
