3 oz baked chicken breast, diced into cubes
1 oz feta, broken into chunks
2 Tbsp pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
1-1/2 cups salad greens
1/2 cup purple cabbage, shredded
1/2 cup roasted sweet potato, diced
2 Tbsp GOLO-approved dressing of choice
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Toss with 2 Tbsp of your favorite GOLO-approved dressing.
