Ingredients

  • 4 Cups Cauliflower Florets

  • 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup

  • 1 Tbsp Sriracha

  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil

  • ½ Tbsp Tamari or Soy Sauce

  • ½ tsp Black Pepper


Directions

  1. Preheat Oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until Cauliflower is well coated.

  3. Pour Cauliflower onto baking sheet. Be sure that Cauliflower is not over crowded or it will steam while cooking. You may have to cook it in 2 batches.

  4. Bake for 30 minutes until the Cauliflower is tender.

  5. Serve and enjoy!!
