1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup spinach
1 Tbsp flaxseed, ground
3 Tbsp chia or hemp seeds
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cup plain coconut water
1 tsp coconut oil
Ice (optional)
Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Add extra coconut water, if needed, and ice (optional).
Serve immediately.
