Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 1 Tbsp flaxseed, ground

  • 3 Tbsp chia or hemp seeds

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 cup plain coconut water

  • 1 tsp coconut oil

  • Ice (optional)


Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Add extra coconut water, if needed, and ice (optional).

  3. Serve immediately.
