Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1/4 cup banana

  • 1/4 cup pineapple, diced

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 3 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 3 Tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes

  • Ice as needed


Directions

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

  2. Add ice as needed to thicken the consistency.
