1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 tsp Old Bay seasoning
2 tsp capers, drained
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
Sea salt to taste
12 oz lump crabmeat, drained
1/3 cup red bell pepper, finely diced
1/3 cup cucumber, seeded and finely diced
1/3 cup green onion
3 cups mixed greens
In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, Old Bay, capers, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and salt. Gently add crabmeat until evenly coated.
Add bell pepper, cucumber, and green onion. Mix gently.
Divide into 2 equal servings and serve each over 1-1/2 cups mixed greens.
