Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1/4 tsp Old Bay seasoning

  • 2 tsp capers, drained

  • 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard

  • Sea salt to taste

  • 12 oz lump crabmeat, drained

  • 1/3 cup red bell pepper, finely diced

  • 1/3 cup cucumber, seeded and finely diced

  • 1/3 cup green onion

  • 3 cups mixed greens


Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, Old Bay, capers, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and salt. Gently add crabmeat until evenly coated.

  2. Add bell pepper, cucumber, and green onion. Mix gently.

  3. Divide into 2 equal servings and serve each over 1-1/2 cups mixed greens.
