¼ cup dry oats
¼ cup whole milk
2 Tbsp chia seeds
½ cup frozen strawberries
¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp honey
1/8 tsp vanilla extract
3 Tbsp shredded coconut
Add oats, milk, vanilla, chia seeds, and coconut to your jar, or other container. Mix thoroughly.
Blend together strawberries, yogurt, and honey to make “cheesecake filling”.
Top your oats with the filling.
Cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 8 hours).
