Ingredients

  • 9 oz. Cooked Turkey shredded or chopped

  • ½ Cup Apple, diced

  • ¼ Cup Dried Cranberries

  • ¼ Cup Celery

  • ¼ Cup Carrot, shredded

  • ¼ Cup Onion, diced

  • 1 oz. Walnuts, chopped

  • ¼ Cup Plain Greek Yogurt

  • 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard

  • ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp Ground Nutmeg

  • ½ tsp Sea Salt

  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper


Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together Greek Yogurt, Dijon Mustard, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Sea Salt and Pepper. Set aside.

  2. In a medium bowl, combine the Turkey, Apple, Cranberries, Celery, Carrot, Onion and Walnuts.

  3. Add the Yogurt mixture and toss to coat.

  4. Separate into 2 equal servings and enjoy!
