9 oz. Cooked Turkey shredded or chopped
½ Cup Apple, diced
¼ Cup Dried Cranberries
¼ Cup Celery
¼ Cup Carrot, shredded
¼ Cup Onion, diced
1 oz. Walnuts, chopped
¼ Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
¼ tsp Ground Nutmeg
½ tsp Sea Salt
¼ tsp Black Pepper
In a small bowl, mix together Greek Yogurt, Dijon Mustard, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Sea Salt and Pepper. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine the Turkey, Apple, Cranberries, Celery, Carrot, Onion and Walnuts.
Add the Yogurt mixture and toss to coat.
Separate into 2 equal servings and enjoy!
