18 oz top round beef
3 cups Potato, cut into chunks
1 ½ cup Onion, cut into chunks
3 cups Carrots, diced
1 ½ cups Tomatoes, diced
2 cups Beef Broth
2 cups Water
½ tsp Garlic Powder
½ tsp Onion Powder
½ tsp Italian Seasoning
Sea Salt and Pepper to taste
Cut all the potatoes and onions into 2-inch chunks to ensure that they don’t mash in the cooker.
Add the beef to the slow cooker, then the potatoes, onions, carrots and tomatoes.
Add all seasonings over the top.
Next add the Beef Broth. The Roast should be covered in liquid, so add Water until it is covered.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the meat falls apart.
Remove from the slow cooker and enjoy. Use the juice to cover the vegetables.
