1-1/2 lbs chicken breast
2 cups baby potato, cut into 2-inch chunks
2 cups onion, cut into 2-inch chunks
2 cups carrots, sliced
1 cup mushrooms, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
2 cups tomatoes, diced
5 cups chicken broth
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Sea salt and pepper to taste
4 tsp butter (or 1 Tbsp and 1 tsp olive oil if following Reset 7)
Add chicken, potatoes, onions, carrots, mushrooms, celery, and tomatoes to your slow cooker.
Add seasonings and butter (or olive oil).
Add broth. Chicken should be completely covered with liquid. Add water if necessary.
Cook on low heat for 5 to 6 hours or until chicken is cooked through.
Divide into 4 equal servings.
