2 lbs Ground Bison
2 ½ Cups Pineapples, chunks
2 Cups Green Peppers, deseeded and chopped
1 Chili Pepper, deseeded and diced
1 Cup Zucchini, diced
1 (14.5oz) can Diced Tomatoes
2 (6oz) cans Tomato Paste
4 Tbsp Cumin
1 Tbsp Oregano
Chili Powder to taste
Sea Salt and Pepper to taste
Add all ingredients into a slow cooker. Mix until well combined.
Cook on low setting for 8 hours.
