Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Ground Bison

  • 2 ½ Cups Pineapples, chunks

  • 2 Cups Green Peppers, deseeded and chopped

  • 1 Chili Pepper, deseeded and diced

  • 1 Cup Zucchini, diced

  • 1 (14.5oz) can Diced Tomatoes

  • 2 (6oz) cans Tomato Paste

  • 4 Tbsp Cumin

  • 1 Tbsp Oregano

  • Chili Powder to taste

  • Sea Salt and Pepper to taste


Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into a slow cooker. Mix until well combined.

  2. Cook on low setting for 8 hours.
