2 cups mixed berries, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup almond flour
2 Tbsp coconut oil
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
Honey or pure maple syrup (optional)
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Lightly grease a small baking dish and cover bottom with berries.
In a bowl, combine almond flour, coconut oil, and vanilla. Mix with your hands to create a crumbly topping. Sprinkle over berries.
Cook for about 20 minutes if you are using fresh fruit or 30-40 minutes if using frozen fruit.
Divide into 2 equal servings. Top each with 1/2 cup yogurt.
Drizzle with honey or pure maple syrup (optional).
