Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed berries, fresh or frozen

  • 1/2 cup almond flour

  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • Honey or pure maple syrup (optional)


Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Lightly grease a small baking dish and cover bottom with berries.

  3. In a bowl, combine almond flour, coconut oil, and vanilla. Mix with your hands to create a crumbly topping. Sprinkle over berries.

  4. Cook for about 20 minutes if you are using fresh fruit or 30-40 minutes if using frozen fruit.

  5. Divide into 2 equal servings. Top each with 1/2 cup yogurt.

  6. Drizzle with honey or pure maple syrup (optional).
