Ingredients

  • 2 lb boneless turkey breast

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

  • Sea salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp parsley flakes

  • 1/2 tsp dried basil


Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Combine all spices in a bowl and mix together.

  3. Cover turkey with olive oil.

  4. Rub turkey with mixed spices.

  5. Cook for about 90 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees. Divide into 5 equal servings.
