Ingredients

  • 2 cups fennel bulb, thinly sliced

  • 2 cups green beans

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tsp garlic salt

  • Sea salt & pepper, to taste


Directions

  1. In a medium-sized pot, bring water to a boil. Add green beans and salt.

  2. Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat, drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside.

  3. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and fennel. Cook for about 3-5 minutes.

  4. Add green beans and cook for another 3-5 minutes.

  5. Add garlic and cook for an additional minute. Serve with garlic salt.
