2 cups fennel bulb, thinly sliced
2 cups green beans
1 tsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp garlic salt
Sea salt & pepper, to taste
In a medium-sized pot, bring water to a boil. Add green beans and salt.
Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat, drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside.
In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and fennel. Cook for about 3-5 minutes.
Add green beans and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
Add garlic and cook for an additional minute. Serve with garlic salt.
