4 Cups Radishes, destemmed and quartered
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Garlic Salt
2 tsp Fresh Rosemary
2 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
Sea Salt and Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl mix Olive Oil, Garlic Salt, Rosemary and Lemon Juice. Toss Radishes in the mixture until completely coated.
Lay Radishes on the parchment paper and sprinkle with Sea Salt and Pepper to taste.
Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, or until fork tender.
