Ingredients

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped

  • Pinch red pepper flakes

  • 3/4 cup marinara sauce

  • 2 eggs

  • Sea salt and pepper to taste


Directions

  1. Heat oil in a small pan over medium heat. Add onion and sauté for about 5 minutes.

  2. Add pepper flakes and marinara sauce. Heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until sauce is warmed.

  3. Gently add 2 eggs and cover pan. Cook on low for 5 to 7 minutes or until egg white is firm.

  4. Add sea salt and pepper to taste.
