1 tsp olive oil
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
Pinch red pepper flakes
3/4 cup marinara sauce
2 eggs
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Heat oil in a small pan over medium heat. Add onion and sauté for about 5 minutes.
Add pepper flakes and marinara sauce. Heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until sauce is warmed.
Gently add 2 eggs and cover pan. Cook on low for 5 to 7 minutes or until egg white is firm.
Add sea salt and pepper to taste.
