Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup oats, uncooked

  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup whole milk, plus extra to thin oats if needed

  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 1 tsp melted butter


Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into a mason jar and mix well.

  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
