2 Cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
4 oz. Cheese, sliced
4 (5 oz.) Chicken Breasts
Sea Salt and Pepper to taste
4 Slices of Tomato
1/4 Cup Fresh Basil, chopped
1 Tbsp Fresh Oregano
Preheat outdoor grill to medium heat.
Season Chicken with Salt and Pepper and place Chicken in the bottom of a disposable pan.
Top each Chicken Breast with a Tomato slice. Evenly distribute the Basil, Oregano and Garlic on top of each Tomato slice. Drizzle with Olive Oil and cover with aluminum foil.
Cook on the preheated grill for about 25 minutes or until juices run clear.
Remove pan from grill and top each Chicken Breast with a slice of Cheese. Replace aluminum foil to allow the Cheese to melt-about 3 to 5 minutes, before serving.
