Ingredients

  • 2 (6oz) salmon filets

  • 2 tsp tamari sauce

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • Sea salt and pepper to taste

  • 3 Tbsp pistachios, chopped


Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Cover a baking tray with tin foil. Add salmon fillets.

  2. In a small bowl combine tamari sauce, honey and olive oil. Pour sauce mixture over the salmon. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  3. Evenly spread the chopped pistachios over the salmon, lightly press into the flesh.

  4. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until fish easily flakes easily with a fork.
