Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup oatmeal, cooked

  • 2 Tbsp almond milk, warmed

  • 1 tsp butter

  • pinch cardamom

  • 1/4 cup pears, diced

  • 1 oz. pistachios, crushed

  • 3 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 Tbsp pepitas

  • 1/2 tsp honey


Directions

  1. Cook the oatmeal according to product directions.

  2. Combine cooked oatmeal, almond milk, butter, cardamom, and pears in a small bowl. Mix to combine.

  3. Top with pistachios, chia seeds, pepitas, and honey. Enjoy!
