1/4 cup oatmeal, cooked
2 Tbsp almond milk, warmed
1 tsp butter
pinch cardamom
1/4 cup pears, diced
1 oz. pistachios, crushed
3 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp pepitas
1/2 tsp honey
Cook the oatmeal according to product directions.
Combine cooked oatmeal, almond milk, butter, cardamom, and pears in a small bowl. Mix to combine.
Top with pistachios, chia seeds, pepitas, and honey. Enjoy!
