Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh parsley, chopped and packed

  • 3/4 cup raw cashews, soaked and dehydrated (preferably)

  • 1/3 cup olive oil

  • 1-2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest

  • Sea salt and pepper to taste


Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add some drops of water if needed.

  2. Store in a mason jar in the refrigerator.
