2 eggs, separated
1/4 tsp cream of tarter
1 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 tsp Everything But the Bagel seasoning
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly coat with olive oil (do not skip this step)
Place egg whites and yolks in separate mixing bowls
Add cream of tarter to the bowl with the whites & beat with a hand mixer at high speed until peaks form
Add cream cheese & seasoning to the yolk bowl and mix on high speed until smooth.
Gently fold the white mixture into the yolk mixture until combined.
Spoon mixture into 6 even mounds on baking sheet; leaving space around each.
Bake for 20-30 minutes until firm and golden. Remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes before removing from baking sheet.
