Ingredients

  • 6 eggs

  • 1 cup whole milk

  • 1/2 cup vegetables, chopped (optional)

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese

  • Sea salt and pepper to taste

  • Organic olive oil cooking spray


Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.

  3. Add vegetables, cheese, salt, pepper, and any desired seasonings.

  4. Grease muffin tins with cooking spray or pour mixture into individual mini muffin cups.

  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked throughout.
