Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp Chia Seeds

  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil, melted

  • 1 tsp Maple Syrup

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 1 Cup Kiwi

  • 1 Cup Berries (of your choice)


Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the Chia Seeds and Unsweetened Almond Milk. Stir well so that there are no chunks.

  2. Add melted Coconut Oil, Syrup and Vanilla and mix.

  3. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.

  4. When Chia Pudding is ready, puree the Kiwi in a blender or food processor.

  5. Mix the Chia Pudding and Kiwi puree and divide Pudding into two dishes.

  6. Top with Berries of your choice and serve.
