Ingredients

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese

  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, divided

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp pasta sauce, divided

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder


Directions

  1. Pre-heat mini waffle iron

  2. Add cheese and egg to a mixing bowl and gently whisk until combined

  3. Add pasta sauce and seasoning and stir until well mixed

  4. Add 3 Tbsp batter to the waffle iron and cook for 3-4 minutes

  5. Repeat 3 more times to make 4 chaffles

  6. To Serve -

  7. Top each chaffle with 1 Tbsp pasta sauce and 1 Tbsp parmesan cheese
