1 cup mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, divided
2 eggs
1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp pasta sauce, divided
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Pre-heat mini waffle iron
Add cheese and egg to a mixing bowl and gently whisk until combined
Add pasta sauce and seasoning and stir until well mixed
Add 3 Tbsp batter to the waffle iron and cook for 3-4 minutes
Repeat 3 more times to make 4 chaffles
To Serve -
Top each chaffle with 1 Tbsp pasta sauce and 1 Tbsp parmesan cheese
