1 cup chicken, cooked and shredded
1/4 cup hummus
1 cup lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup tomatoes
1/2 cup cucumbers
1 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 cup apples, chopped
In a medium sized bowl, mix chicken and hummus together.
Combine the lettuce, tomato, and cucumber on a plate and top with the chicken and hummus mixture.
Drizzle the olive oil and lemon juice on top.
You can choose to add the apples to the hummus chicken salad or serve on the side. Enjoy!
