Ingredients

  • 12oz Salmon, cut into 4 strips

  • 2 tsp honey

  • Pinch of cayenne pepper

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 1 Tbsp warm water

  • 1-1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 lemon, sliced


Directions

  1. Season the salmon with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, set aside.

  2. Mix the honey, water, apple cider vinegar and a pinch of salt. Stir to combine.

  3. Heat up a skillet with olive oil. Pan-fry the salmon until half done. Add the garlic into the pan until slightly browned. Add the honey mixture and lemon slices into the skillet, reduce the sauce until its sticky. Finish it off by broiling the salmon in the oven until the surface becomes slightly charred (optional step).

  4. Each serving gets 2 strips of salmon (6 oz).
