2 (6 oz) Mackerel Fillets
Sea Salt and Pepper
Juice from 1/2 a Lemon
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
1 tsp Honey
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking tray with tin foil and lay the fish on top. Sprinkle with salt
In a small bowl mix the lemon juice, garlic, pepper and honey.
Pour this mixture over the mackerel and roast in the oven for about 8-10 minutes or until the skin gets crispy.
