Ingredients

  • 2 (6 oz) Mackerel Fillets

  • Sea Salt and Pepper

  • Juice from 1/2 a Lemon

  • 2 Cloves Garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp Honey


Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking tray with tin foil and lay the fish on top. Sprinkle with salt

  2. In a small bowl mix the lemon juice, garlic, pepper and honey.

  3. Pour this mixture over the mackerel and roast in the oven for about 8-10 minutes or until the skin gets crispy.
