1/2 cup lite coconut milk
1/2 cup oat milk
1/4 cup banana, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp hemp hearts
1 Tbsp chia seeds
2 Medjool dates, pitted
1 tsp molasses
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cardamom
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cloves
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Pour into a glass and sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve.
