Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup lite coconut milk

  • 1/2 cup oat milk

  • 1/4 cup banana, fresh or frozen

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 Tbsp hemp hearts

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 Medjool dates, pitted

  • 1 tsp molasses

  • 1/4 tsp ginger

  • 1/4 tsp cardamom

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp cloves


Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

  2. Pour into a glass and sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve.
