1 romaine heart
1 tsp olive oil
1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
2 oz mozzarella cheese
4-5 basil leaves
2 tsp balsamic glaze (recipe: https://www.golo.com/blogs/recipes/balsamic-glaze )
Sea salt & pepper to taste
Cut romaine heart down the center, leaving the core.
Drizzle olive oil over romaine leaves.
Grill lettuce until charred, but not wilted. Transfer to a serving plate.
Top grilled romaine with tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
Season with salt and pepper.
