Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 lbs top sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

  • Sea salt and pepper, to taste

  • 2 cups potatoes, cubed

  • 1 cup carrots, sliced

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 cup red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces

  • 2 cups zucchini, sliced

  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped

  • 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped

  • 4 tsp butter


Directions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Season steak with salt and pepper.

  2. In a medium bowl, toss potatoes, carrots, peppers, onion and zucchini. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. Divide vegetables evenly between 4 pieces of foil and top with 6 oz meat.

  4. In a small bowl, combine parsley, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper. Mix well. Divide evenly and add to each packet.

  5. Top each packet with 1 tsp butter. Fold and seal each packet, leaving a little room for steam to gather.

  6. Place on the grill and close the lid. Grill 15 minutes, or until steak is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
