2 Avocados
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
Juice of 1 lemon
2 cloves garlic
1-1/2 cups fresh cilantro
Sea salt & pepper, to taste
Mix all ingredients in your food processor or blender until well blended.
For a thinner consistency, add water 2 Tbsp at a time until it reaches the consistency you prefer.
Keep refrigerated.
