1/2 cup whole milk or buttermilk
1/2 tsp white vinegar
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp dried dill
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Combine milk and vinegar in a small bowl. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine yogurt and all seasonings. Mix well.
Add milk and vinegar. Mix well.
