Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil

  • 12 oz Shrimp, peeled, de-veined, cooked and diced

  • 2 Cups Celery, diced

  • 1/2 Cup Onion, diced

  • 3 Tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt

  • 1 Cup Red Grapes, diced

  • Salt and Pepper


Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Cook the Shrimp until cooked all the way through. Remove the tail, de-vein and dice the shrimp into small pieces.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix together until well combined.

  3. Add Salt and Pepper to taste
