2 Tbsp Olive Oil
12 oz Shrimp, peeled, de-veined, cooked and diced
2 Cups Celery, diced
1/2 Cup Onion, diced
3 Tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt
1 Cup Red Grapes, diced
Salt and Pepper
Heat olive oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Cook the Shrimp until cooked all the way through. Remove the tail, de-vein and dice the shrimp into small pieces.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix together until well combined.
Add Salt and Pepper to taste
