1 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
2 cups fresh peaches, sliced
4 cups lettuce
4 cups broccoli slaw
1-1/2 lbs chicken breast, grilled or baked and cut into strips

4 Tbsp feta cheese
In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper. Add peaches, lettuce and slaw. Toss to coat.
Place chicken strips in a large bowl and toss with BBQ Sauce.
Divide the peaches, lettuce and slaw mixture into 4 equal servings.
Top with chicken strips. Sprinkle with feta cheese.
