1 lb. Baking Potatoes, Cut into wedges
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
Sea Salt and Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Cut Potatoes into wedges and place in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine the Olive Oil, Paprika, Garlic Powder, Chili Powder and Onion Powder.
Coat the Potatoes with the oil/spice mixture and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Sea Salt and Pepper to taste.
