Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Baking Potatoes, Cut into wedges

  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1/2 tsp Paprika

  • 1/2 tsp garlic Powder

  • 1/2 tsp Chili Powder

  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder

  • Sea Salt and Pepper to taste


Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

  2. Cut Potatoes into wedges and place in a bowl.

  3. In a separate bowl, combine the Olive Oil, Paprika, Garlic Powder, Chili Powder and Onion Powder.

  4. Coat the Potatoes with the oil/spice mixture and place on a baking sheet.

  5. Bake for 45 minutes.

  6. Sea Salt and Pepper to taste.
