Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons tamari sauce

  • 3 tablespoon fresh ginger, peeled & grated

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 2 – 6 oz. salmon fillets (skinless)

  • 2 tablespoons water


Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°.

  2. Mix tamari sauce, ginger, garlic, and honey in a 9x13 glass or ceramic baking dish until well combined.

  3. Add salmon and turn to coat evenly; spoon ginger mixture evenly over fillets.

  4. Pour 2 Tbsp. water into baking dish around salmon.

  5. Bake 13-15 minutes or until salmon is just opaque throughout.

  6. Spoon remaining sauce left in baking dish over salmon.
