4- 6 oz. chicken breasts
1/4 cup lite coconut milk, canned
1/2 Tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 Tbsp ginger, grated
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 Tbsp lime juice
Place chicken in a large container.
Whisk all other ingredients together and pour over chicken, making sure to cover it completely.
Allow chicken to marinate for at least 1 hour, or up to 24 hours.
Heat grill. Grill chicken, covered, about 5 minutes on each side, or until juices run clear.
