2 6-oz tuna steaks
2 tsp olive oil
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp garlic, mined
Sea salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp basil, minced
Toss tuna in oil until both sides are covered completely.
Squeeze lemon juice over and rub each side of both steaks with garlic, salt, pepper, and basil.
Grill covered or broil for about 5 minutes per side or until preferred doneness. If broiling, add a little bit of water to the pan to keep the tuna moist.
