1/4 cup red onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp coconut palm sugar
1/4 tsp dried dill
3 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp white vinegar
1 Tbsp water
Sea salt & pepper, to taste
Combine all ingredients together in a small mason jar and shake.
Store in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks.
