Ingredients

  • 1 cup cucumber noodles

  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/2 cup cooked green beans, chopped and chilled

  • 1/4 cup chickpeas, drained, rinsed and dried

  • GOLO Dressing - Recipe: https://www.golo.com/blogs/recipes/golo-salad-dressing

  • 3 Tbsp hemp seeds

  • Sea salt and pepper to taste


Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine cucumber noodles, tomatoes, green beans, and chickpeas.

  2. Add 3 Tbsp GOLO Dressing. Toss.

  3. Top with 3 Tbsp hemp seeds.
