1 cup spinach
1/4 cup cooked quinoa
1/4 cup edamame, cooked
1/2 cup beets, peeled, cubed & roasted
1/2 cup carrots, peeled, diced & roasted
6 oz. grilled chicken, cubed
2 Tbsp GOLO Dressing

In a large serving bowl, assemble the salad.
Combine the spinach, quinoa, edamame, beets, carrots, and grilled chicken.
