2- 13.5 oz. can of full fat coconut milk
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp salt
If you have an ice cream machine, make sure to check if your bowl needs to be put in the freezer before hand.
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Add blended ingredients to your ice cream machine and follow your manufacturer's instructions.
Pour into a freezer-safe container, smooth top, and cover. Let the ice cream set in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours.
