Ingredients

  • 2- 13.5 oz. can of full fat coconut milk

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • 3/4 tsp salt


Directions

  1. If you have an ice cream machine, make sure to check if your bowl needs to be put in the freezer before hand.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.

  3. Add blended ingredients to your ice cream machine and follow your manufacturer's instructions.

  4. Pour into a freezer-safe container, smooth top, and cover. Let the ice cream set in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours.
