2 pears, any variety
4 tsp maple syrup
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Slice pears in half, lengthwise, and remove seeds. Arrange them face up on a baking tray.
Drizzle each slice with 1 tsp maple syrup, brushing over the face of the pear and leaving some inside the center.
Divide walnuts evenly into pear centers. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake 20-30 minutes, until pears are tender and cooked through. Serve warm.
