Ingredients

  • 8 cups broccoli, chopped

  • 2 cups apples, diced

  • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped

  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds

  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp pure maple syrup

  • Sea salt and pepper to taste


Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli, apples, red onion, and sunflower seeds.

  2. In a small dish, mix vinegar, oil, garlic, syrup, salt, and pepper. Drizzle over broccoli mixture. Toss to coat evenly.

  3. Divide into 4 equal servings.
