1 cup warm and cooked Brown Rice
2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil, melted
1 tsp Butter
2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Orange Zest, finely grated
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 cup Whole Milk
1-1/2 tsp Maple Syrup
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 cup Cherries, unsweetened, halved
In a medium bowl, combine Rice, Chia Seeds, Coconut Oil, Butter, Cinnamon, Orange Zest and Sea Salt. Divide into 2 bowls.
In a small pan, bring Milk and Maple Syrup to a boil over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in Vanilla. Drizzle the mixture over each bowl and top with Cherries, dividing equally.
