Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm and cooked Brown Rice

  • 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds

  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil, melted

  • 1 tsp Butter

  • 2 tsp Cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp Orange Zest, finely grated

  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt

  • 1/2 cup Whole Milk

  • 1-1/2 tsp Maple Syrup

  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 1 cup Cherries, unsweetened, halved


Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine Rice, Chia Seeds, Coconut Oil, Butter, Cinnamon, Orange Zest and Sea Salt. Divide into 2 bowls.

  2. In a small pan, bring Milk and Maple Syrup to a boil over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in Vanilla. Drizzle the mixture over each bowl and top with Cherries, dividing equally.
