1/2 cup (2 oz) shredded cheese
Seasonings, herbs, or spices (optional)
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (do not use foil).
Spoon 1 Tbsp cheese at a time on baking sheet. Allow several inches between each spoonful as the cheese will spread as it bakes.
Bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until edges begin to brown.
Remove from oven and allow to finish crisping on the pan.
